When we first unrolled this drape, the sheen of the tissue border immediately caught our eye. We crafted this piece for women who want the richness of a traditional Banarasi without the heavy, unyielding drape. Featuring a luminous orchid pink base, this drape is embellished with intricate Minakari motifs including traditional Kalash (sacred pot) motifs along the body and whimsical peacock accents on the pallu. It comes paired with an unstitched running blouse piece featuring delicate bootis, allowing you to tailor your look for weddings, festive pujas, or grand evening celebrations.
Care Guide: Dry clean only to preserve the luster of the Munga silk and zari threads. Store wrapped in a breathable cotton muslin cloth.
Material: Light-to-medium weight Munga Silk featuring a soft, non-scratchy texture with a rich, radiant sheen.
Color Palette: Luminous Orchid Pink body with a dual-toned zari border and subtle multi-colored thread accents (Meenakari).
Design Details: Handloom-inspired Kalash motifs along the skirt and pleats; rich brocade pallu with traditional flora and bird motifs.
Inclusions: Comes with an unstitched matching blouse piece with zari woven detailing.
Styling Tip: We recommend pairing it with a contrast deep-plum or maroon velvet blouse for winter weddings, or keeping it classic with the included matching blouse piece alongside polki or kundan jewelry.
