The body of the saree is woven from lightweight, breathable fabric featured in a crisp off-white base, adorned with cheerful polka-dot Jamdani butis in crimson red, emerald green, and sunny yellow. As you move toward the pallu, the art comes alive: intricate gold-tone kardana (glass tube beadwork) outlines geometric diamond patterns and whimsical elephant motifs, filled with vibrant hand-stitching. • No Exchange Policy: To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our ethnic wear and jewellery, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to review product details and photos carefully before purchasing.
• Returns for Faulty Products: We only accept returns in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product.
• The "Uncut Video" Requirement: To process a return for a faulty item, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the shipping label and the opening of the package to verify the defect.
• Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported to our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping Your Return

Once your return request is approved by our team:

1. Shipping Deadline: The product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days of the approval.
2. Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
