At Occean By Soumali, we accept returns for a refund only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims, and all issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds or returns for any other reason. However, we do offer exchanges for store credit for eligible products if the request is made within 3 days of delivery. This store credit will be valid for 3 months.

Please note that sale items, pre-orders, and customized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. For international orders, we only provide refunds for lost shipments. The original shipping fee is non-refundable on all returns and exchanges.

• No Exchange Policy: To maintain the exclusivity and hygiene of our ethnic wear and jewellery, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to review product details and photos carefully before purchasing.
• Returns for Faulty Products: We only accept returns in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product.
• The "Uncut Video" Requirement: To process a return for a faulty item, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the shipping label and the opening of the package to verify the defect.
• Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported to our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping Your Return

Once your return request is approved by our team:

1. Shipping Deadline: The product must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days of the approval.
2. Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
